I've tried to download the Woodvine Media Optimizer, which is require to view videos via Hoopla, a library service, and first I get a dialog box saying 'Firefox prevented this site (tools.google.com) from asking you to install software on your computer'. There is an 'Allow' button. When I press that, it appears to start downloading but then I get an error message saying 'The add-on could not be downloaded because of a connection problem with tools.google.com'. I was able to download the add-on (and watch a video) in IE and the documentation about the add-on says it's supported in Firefox but it's not listed in the Firefox Add-on library when I browse there. Mac mini maintenance onyx download.

(And I just tried to do the steps outlined below (using the Troubleshooting Information 'Automatically Add' and basically the same thing happened - except the source of the add-on was different. Maybe I have some setting that says I don't want to get any new add-ons?
